Yet Will I Trust Him: Trusting God in the Storms of Life
The College Hills Church of Christ in Lebanon, TN, invited me to teach a class on “Yet Will I Trust Him: Trusting God in the Storms of Life” throughout January and February 2014. It was a good experience for me, though whether it was for everyone else is something I cannot judge. I am grateful for the opportunity.
However, you can judge for yourself. They have made the videos available on YouTube. The study focused on “five anchors for the soul” which give stability to faith during the storms of life.
1. Introduction
2. God loves us and unrelentingly pursues us.
3. God listens to our laments and invites us to voice them.
4. God empathizes with our weaknesses and suffering.
5. God rules over our suffering and gives it meaning.
6. God wins and empowers hope in the present.
7. How do we comfort sufferers?

It is the little comments and definition that you always bring to the forefront, that clarifies, each story You tell.
These little twists which enhance the very definition of God’s unwavering loving faithfulness to those that “Seek to Trust” him.
As unbalanced as I have been these last few years.
my story would be like God Saying “Rich, How would you like to learn to play a little Game,
Its Called 52 Card-Pickup, and the deck of cards being my LIFE,
my hopes and aspirations of family…all the projections of my future.
Much to my shame I fell into the “Dark pit of despair”
“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH”
AND THE “VOICE…YA BUT, WHAT IF, ALL THE VOICES LOOKING BACK…”
my head failing me, refusing to grab the “hope” the Father put before me!!! ,redemption,forgiveness,the unsureness of judgement.
‘like the child i am “crying I WANT MY OLD WAY BACK (MY COMFORT ZONE BACK),
I WANT MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE BACK…
IN STEAD OF
moving on
All I can say is, it takes what it takes, to move on, with the GOOD that the FATHER has PROVIDED, TO EACH AND EVERY ONE THAT BELIEVES’ AND HAS TRUST IN OUR GOD!
